General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Services

• Generative AI-based video and audio production (short-form, long-form, film).
• Social media management and content strategy.
• PPC ad management and conversion tracking (Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads); unless an individual quote states otherwise, media spend is paid separately and directly to the advertising platform.
• Design and development of AI apps, agent systems and automations.
• Localisation and avatar dubbing.

2. How a contract is concluded

There are two ways to order:

a) Individual quote

1. Quote request (via the website, e-mail or phone).
2. Discovery call (online or in person).
3. Written quote within 48 hours, with a specific price and schedule.
4. The Client's written acceptance by e-mail — this creates the contract.
5. Advance invoice (usually 50%) — work starts after payment.

b) Online order on the website

1. The Client selects a package and add-ons in the website's price calculator; the calculated net price is indicative, and the Provider recalculates the final amount from the submitted details.
2. The "Confirm and pay" button takes the Client to the Stripe payment page. The contract is concluded upon successful payment; the Provider sends a confirmation and an electronic invoice by e-mail.
3. If the Client only requests a quote (without payment), the process under point a) applies.

3. Payment terms

• Price ranges: see the Packages section. The final price is fixed in the individual quote or, for online orders, in the amount shown on the payment page.
• For individual quotes, payment by bank transfer in HUF, due within 8 days.
• For online orders, card payment through Stripe Payments Europe, Ltd. Card details are handled exclusively by Stripe and never reach the Provider.
• International clients may pay in EUR / USD at the daily exchange rate of the Hungarian National Bank (MNB).
• In case of late payment, statutory default interest under the Hungarian Civil Code applies.

3/A. Electronic invoice

The Provider issues invoices electronically through Számlázz.hu (KBOSS.hu Kft.) and sends them to the e-mail address given by the Client. For online payments the invoice is generated automatically after successful payment; for individual quotes, according to the contractual schedule. By placing an order the Client accepts electronic invoicing. For business Clients, providing correct billing details (company name, tax number, address) is the Client's responsibility.

4. Delivery and revision rounds

• The delivery deadline runs from receipt of the advance payment or — if later — from the handover of the required materials.
• Short-form video: 1 revision round. Brand film: 2 rounds. Custom app: sprint-based iteration.
• Additional rounds are charged at a separate hourly rate or as a package add-on.

5. Copyright and usage rights

• Delivered and paid material is 100% the Client's property.
• The Provider reserves the right — absent an NDA — to present the project in its own portfolio.
• Under an NDA, the material appears on no public platform, neither by name nor by image, without the Client's written consent.
• All AI components are produced with clean rights. Licence documentation for the models used is handed over at project close.

6. Limitation of liability

The Provider's liability is limited to the budget of the specific project. The Provider is not liable for the rights clearance of materials supplied by the Client, nor for the market reaction the published content provokes.

7. Withdrawal and termination

• The Client may withdraw free of charge within 72 hours before work starts.
• Once work has started, the Client reimburses a proportional fee for the part already completed.
• In case of serious breach, either party may terminate with immediate effect; financial settlement follows the Hungarian Civil Code.

7/A. Consumer right of withdrawal

If the Client is a consumer (a natural person acting outside their trade, profession or business), they may withdraw from the contract without giving reasons within 14 days of its conclusion, under Hungarian Government Decree 45/2014 (II. 26.), which implements Directive 2011/83/EU. Withdrawal must be declared unambiguously by e-mail to info@soundcam.hu; the Provider refunds the amount paid within 14 days using the original payment method.

If the consumer expressly requests that performance begin before the 14-day period expires, they must pay a proportional fee for the service performed up to withdrawal. After full performance — with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal is thereby lost — the right of withdrawal can no longer be exercised.

8. Disputes

The parties settle disputes amicably in the first instance. Failing that, the Hungarian court having jurisdiction and competence is entitled to proceed. Hungarian law applies.

9. Language

This English text is a translation provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the Hungarian version prevails.
